Applied like a toner or astringent, this lotion is soothing, skin softening and has anti-bacterial properties. Can be used anytime of day for a quick skin freshener or to help sooth and de-puff eyes by soaking cotton pads and pressing lightly on eyes (best if kept cold in the fridge)!

Apply morning and night to face and throat area with a cotton pad after cleansing skin with Botanical Milk. Can also be used to remove eye makeup - use Botanical Toner on its own: apply gently to lids and lashes with a cotton pad.
